15 PS3 Launch Titles

Kaz Hirai from SCEA is saying that there will be at least 15 titles ready when the PlayStation 3 launches this November. However, certain 3rd party developers, including SEGA and THQ are saying that there wouldn’t be “enough” launch titles, simply because it takes so long (and costs so much) to develop for the PlayStation 3.
