Wii Launch Details In September

Speaking to Yahoo, Nintendo president Satoru Iwata said that Nintendo will announce the Wii release date and price in September. Nintendo plans to ship 6 million consoles this fiscal year (to March 2007), and to ship over 17 million software units. Last month Nintendo said that the console will not cost more than 25,000 Yen, or US$220.
