$2.3 Million Worth Of DS Lite Missing
A shipment from China, where the DS Lite is manufactured (along with everything else), has gone missing. The container was supposed to arrive in Hong Kong, for later shipment to Europe, but “disappeared” somewhere on the way. The container contained black DS Lite consoles with DS software, estimated worth of 18 million Hong Kong Dollars.
The Hong Kong Police Department is offering a reward of 1 million HK Dollars (US$ 128,831) for anyone for a tip. Supposedly, the DS Lite cargo was hijacked and later the units were sold on the streets of Hong Kong.
