EA Announces FIFA 07 (No Surprise)
August 6th, 2006 by Darren Stevens in News
EA has announced FIFA 07, and launched the official game website. It comes as no surprise, since there have been tons of FIFA branded games from EA over the years. There’s not much you can expect, besides the obligatory roster update and minor tweaks.
A few new “innovative” game modes are announced as well, but that’s always been the case with FIFA, and we end up with nothing more than a very expensive patch for the previous game. They even have the same two Scotsmen as commentators, commenting the game for almost a decade.
[Update] Commenter “Level” wirtes: “The only Scotsmen to commentate on FIFA are Ally McCoist and Andy Grey, who have both been co-commentator at some point over the last six years. Andy Townsend has also played this role, and he’s Irish.“
Thanks for clearing that up.

The makers say they have done a complete overhaul of the game adding details like signiture moves from players like ronaldinho and ronaldo. they also made shooting better taking into consideration player attributes whether or not they are under pressure and how much space they have. they also say details on whether have been added where whether can change several times throughout the match. the goalkeepers are now even more realistic. you players can even show off when you are winning a match by 3 or 4 goals. So you see they have made a lot of changes which i am looking forward to.
