According to sources within IBM, Nintendo’s entry for the next-generation wars is to release on November 12th, 2006. According to the rumor, the intuitive console will retail for $229.99USD, and will come in both White and Black colors. The other colors that were shown at the TGS and E3 will be making an appearance later, possibly in 2007.
According to IGN’s Matt Casamassina, Nintendo has increased Wii production this year, expecting to ship 5 million consoles in 2006, instead of 2 million as previously stated.
