Nintendo’s Reggie Fils-Aime spoke to US Today, revealing that they plan on continuing the same way with the Wii as they do with the DS, offering free online gaming. The free service will be available at launch, as Fils-Aime puts it:
“We will offer online-enabled games that the consumers will not have to pay a subscription fee for. They’ll be able to enjoy that right out of the box. The Wii console is going to be Wi-Fi enabled, so essentially, you’ll be able to plug it in and go. It won’t have hidden fees or costs.

Pull yourselves together and stop crying and moaning buddy. Nobody is stabbing Sony besides themselves. How can you be amazed that the second biggest head in the Nintendo corp. wants people to buy Nintendo products?

Shaka, huh??? Actually, Kaiser, what i meant was that every time Nintendo comes out with some new news, it appears that Sony is going to have more competition than previously expected.

Kinda but nintendo know nothing about online game play they promise online play with the game cube but fail to deliver so im not expecting this to be any good knowing the n-ds u need friend codes to play online and it only supports 4 players when the PSP supports up to 16 and Sony already has experience in it like Socom games.
