Sierra Entertainment, part of Vivendi games, announced today that the horror-shooter F.E.A.R. is in development for the PS3, and will launch this November (probably as a launch title).
The new game will feature exclusive single player content with new maps and weapons, and will include the multiplayer mode as well. The PS3 version is developed by Day 1 Studios, in conjunction with Monolith, the company behind F.E.A.R.
Things are looking pretty good for the franchise, the new multiplayer mode has just been released for free, an expansion pack for the PC is coming later this week. Then you have the Xbox360 version of F.E.A.R., and now, a PS3 version as well.
