ALL.net is going to allow gamers to compete in “massive multiplayer tournaments,” and will debut with the arcade title, Extreme Hunting 2: Tournament Edition. Sega states that the game is going to be “making its way across bars, arcades and family entertainment centers.” By fall, the game will also feature an online kit for “all existing and future sales.”
The ALL.net network will be used for online rankings and nationwide tournaments. This month will be the first month the game will have an online tournament.
At the moment, Sega has not announced any other U.S. online arcade games to be released at this point, although in 2004, Sammy, Namco, and Sega all announced that they would be releasing Virtua Fighter 4: Final Tuned, Virtua Striker 4 ,and Tekken 5.
