Sim City Announced For DS
September 2nd, 2006 by Kevin Cortez in News
According to Japanese gaming magazine, Famitsu, the Nintendo DS will be receiving a port of Sim City 3000.
Since this is a Nintendo DS game, the game will most likely take advantage of the touch screen. This will be pretty helpful, since the stylus can be used as a PC mouse.
The DS version of the game will feature 3 modes. Save the City, Build a New City, and Sister City. Save the city puts you in different scenarios, where you will have to fix various city problems, such as constructing better roads to fix traffic issues. Build a New City mode is obviously the classic Sim City gameplay mode. The final mode, Sister City, is a Wifi mode. This mode will allow you to chat with other players and trade city features and “landmarks.”
