SEGA has confirmed a sequel for the violent-packed, crime simulation called Yakuza (trailer here). The first game has just been released in the US, and is scheduled for European release next week. The Japanese version, called Ryu ga Gotoku, has been out quite a while, and received decent reviews. The sequel will be released this December in Japan.
Besides the sequel, there is also a feature film currently in the works in Japan.
