It has finally happened; Nintendo has officially revealed the Japanese Wii pricing and launch details. The console will launch on December 2nd, at a price of 25,000 Yen, or $212. The package will include the Wii, Wiimote and nunchuck, AC adaptor, A/V cable, sensor bar, AA batteries and stands for the Wii and sensor bar.

There will be 16 games ready at launch, including Zelda: Twilight Princess and Wii Sports, which now includes 5 games (bowling and boxing as well). The full launch list:

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
Wii Sports
WarioWare
Wii Play
Red Steel
SD Gundam Revolution
Tamagotchi
Ennichi no Tastsujin (drum game)
Trauma Center: Second Opinion
Elebits
Necro-nesia
Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz
Super Swing Golf Pangya

Besides the low price, there are a few “disappointments”: a launch in December for the Japanese market, and only 16 titles ready for launch, without one of the most anticipated ones; Metroid Prime Echoes.
