Taylor: Does that mean you would wish that guns shouldn’t be allowed? Personally I think the only ones allowed guns in the public should be the police. As far as I know, at least two of the school massacres have happened with weapons found at home. A total ban of handguns would definitely reduce the numbers of murders

Yes blame the videogames cause we have nothing else to do or say so we pinpoint it on the generation .. violent games have been round for quite a long time now and how do they know it was because of that anyways . alot of people in the world play violent games on a regular basis and 95 pecent of them do not get affected for one reason COMMON SENSE .. if more people had it then this guy in particular (if the alleged videogame was invovled) would have thought to himself that common sense knows that you cant do that in real life .. THATS WHY ITS CREATED IN A GAME jesus if everyone really wanted to be like a game .. then im sorry there is no medical way you could polygonise youself .. get the point yet?

Did you ever stop to think that he could be a political activist? I thought one of the articles said Canada was just about to loosen up on gun control laws. A spectacular, gory senseless shooting like this would definately have an impact on the way people voted on that. Then, the anti gun people could also villify heavy metal and video games. They would shoot a few people to stop looser gun control laws from allowing a great many more people to be killed in the long run. I don’t think that that is all right, by the way. That was just an idea that leapt into my mind upon reading the articles about this. I mean, think about it. His own mom could not imagine him doing this. And he filled out so freaking many incriminating things on the internet, it was like he was carefully deciding what impression to give the public before he committed the crime. If you were about to do something horrible like that would you really risk getting caught beforehand by bragging your butt off about it like that? And would you work in a way to blame your favorite rock stars and video game makers so that the public would hate & ban them? Hmmmm. Something to think about.

Ugh. I hate when people blame violence on video games.
“Yes, GTA made me kill those people” Good god, people are prepared to use any media that contians a trace of violence to further their “argument” that it makes kids kill people.

Those kids are fools, I mean, “Yeah, the gun kills people in the game- So it obviously must make people happy in the real world!”.
