September 26th, 2006 by Darren Stevens in News
During the Intel Developer Forum (IDF), developer Remedy showed off their latest game, Alan Wake. The game will make use of multicore processors, including the upcoming quad-core CPUs from Intel, Core 2 Quadro. Bit-tech was present during a demo of the game, and reported seemingly stunning visuals and physics.
Alan Wake is a psychological thriller in development for PC and Xbox360. Remedy has previously made the very successful Max Payne games.

Sweet! Now you have to spend $1000+ on a quad core and ultra high end graphics cards to run the damn thing.
But at least they’re using the new technology… unlike 64-bit CPUs…

Farcry was a step up also when it came out also, I’m saying is if the game doesn’t feel right I don’t care how good the grafix is. In Farcry (made by the Crysis people) u feel like ur floating around and BF2 almost has the same feeling. Damn it just build a solid game.
