The official box art for the upcoming Wii games has been revealed, and it’s nothing special really. Compared to the Xbox360 and PS3 standard boxes, the Wii ones are rather boring actually. But you should never judge a game by its cover anyway.

I am curious about the Wii version of Marvel Ultimate Alliance … I wonder how it will differ from the Xbox 360 version besides the graphics? Does anyone know offhand?

To be honest, I’ve never heard much about Marlvel Ultimate Alliance. Maybe I’m just not paying enough attention…

A couple of things to notice… The very small Wii branding athe the top leaves more room for artwork on the cover, and there is no “Only for” icon on the box for the exclusives, which they had been doing since the SNES, I believe.

Not great, but I like it better than PS3’s blatant Blu-ray branding across the top.

I like the artwork too. It’s simple, like the whole design and mentality of the Wii. And I think the Wii logo really stands out in the upper right corner because that’s the only thing to see. I also think it is cool they have the confidence not to wright Nintendo on their product, but only Wii. Therefore, the brands on the boxes is only from the software developers. Thumps up

Ah it look alright but will get the job done.

I like it. It looks very nice and will appeal to non-gamers.
