Video Game Cartoon Headed To G4
October 8th, 2006 by Kevin Cortez in Business
Adam de la Pena, creator of Comedy Central series I’m With Busey, has signed with G4TV to create a brand new animated series for the video game network. The series will follow two programmers who work for a small video game company that has been purchased a mogul who knows nothing about video games. The show will take place in the 1980s, where video games were an increasingly growing business. Adam de la Pena has also co-created the adult swim TV show, Minoriteam, so this cartoon will most likely be a comedy show. Let’s hope G4 can actually do something right for once…

G4TV… such sad story. I was a loyal fan until they cahnged to “COOL” stuff, like politics/sex/business” and other totally non-gaming related stuff.
I doubt this “cartoon” will do any good…

I heard G4 really sucks. I saw Xplay once and a special segment on FF7 it didn’t seem that bad. I saw it like a year ago though so it probably changed 4 the worst.
