Jack Thompson Could Face Jail Time
Jack Thompson, attorney at law and anti-videogame crusader, is now, for once, in line of fire. As he lost the case against Rockstar in Florida a week ago, where judge Ronald Friedman refused to restrict the sales of Bully, Thompson wrote a rather threatening letter to the judge.
Now Take Two is trying to see Jack Thompson found in contempt of court. The attorneys have filed a “Petition for Order to Show Cause”, which would see Thompson having to explain why his insults towards the judge should not be held in contempt. If found in contempt, he could be fined, censured, or even face jail time. Thompson replied:
“You want to play hardball…? You want to try to throw me in jail? You have no idea what you are unleashing in doing this. You’re at the brink…”
Thompson facing jail time is highly unlikely, and having Take Two fight back in this fashion means that Thompson gets even more publicity, spreading his propaganda even furhter out.

After his Bully crap I lost ALL respect for him. Who cares if he goes to jail or drops dead from stress … everyone who can should just ignore him. As I have stated before all this attention is what gets him off … he is a mini celeb these days for no good reason at all.

I’m sorry. After the last six years, how can you NOT call Americans fools? It’s taken them how long to pay attention to the fact that their lunch is getting eaten by conservative corporate interests? And what finally got their attention? A sex scandal.
I’m sorry, Jack Thompson represents a bloc of “values voters” who are more interested in what people are doing in their private homes than anything else. “Fools” is too gentle a description for them.

Everything is mock-able, such is the freedom of speech. If you cannot understand this, you only subject to my argument that your country is indeed mainly inhabited/controlled by fools

LOL if ur from ENGLAND, lol im gonna laugh. You people look wierd, cuz of the families having sex with eachother.
