Diablo Book Author Hints Diablo 3
October 25th, 2006 by Darren Stevens in Adventure, PC, RPG, Rumor
Diablo3.com interviewed the author of Diablo: Moon of the Spider, Richard A. Knaak, who was asked if he knew anything about Diablo 3. While Knaak tried to avoid speaking directly about Diablo 3, he said that the game is sure to come out at some point.
He further substantiated the rumors about Diablo 3 when he was asked if the book would have any ramifications in Diablo 3, he answered “The ramifications here will be used for any future project… and I ain’t writing for a dead game.” He also said that “Blizzard is very eager to make Diablo fans happy.”
A few months ago a job opening at Blizzard suggested that Diablo 3 was in development, although nothing has officially been confirmed.

Of course they’ll make a Diablo 3, the previous two games were true blockbusters.

I don’t know if many of you have red Richard A. Knaack but he is a wonderful author. I would totally recommend his writings, especially Legend of Huma for the DragonLance series.
Diablo3? Who cares. The people that made the original Diablo are going to be releasing Hellgate: London which looks phenomenal.
