Castlevania Movie Coming

castlevania movieUniversal Pictures have decided to bring Castlevania to the big screen. Director Paul W.S. Anderson, who made Resident Evil, is directing the movie, with a projected budget of $50 million.

Castlevania will begin shooting in early 2007 in Hungary and Romania, under Universal’s Rogue label. The movie is co-financed and distributed by Crystal Sky Entertainment, who are also doing an adaptation of Tekken, the popular fighting game.

    Booo!!! Stop please just stop being so damn unimaginative and uncreative and taking vid games and making them into movies … It doesn’t work. Develop your own ideas damn it all.

    This movie will flop like the others but atleast it might make it to the big screen (unlike a certain other game movie that has to spend a millions and millions of dollars).

    if its kinda like Blade then I might like it lol Blade was the tightest vampire movie ever ! I also liked Van Helsing even though it got mixed reviews it was pretty cool .. I do agree with you guys though most movies suck that come from games but I think the director should play all the damn games beat them lol then make a damn movie based off the game no spin off storylines yuckk . If they did these movies exactly like the game then they would be tight . ok like Final Fantasy A. C. thats the best example I can think of , that movie was the sh*t because it followed the game very very well with the music , flash backs etc. that one was well done.
