EA To Publish Hellgate: London In US/EU

EA has secured a deal with Namco Bandai to distribute and promote Hellgate: London in the Western part of the world (read: Europe and North America). Namco Bandai says this is a one time deal with EA, and that they will continue to work with developer Flagship Studios on further game deals and partnerships.

Hellgate: London is an action-RPG made by the creators of Diablo, and is scheduled for release early next year.

    Noooooo! It’s not fair… it’s not fair. I hate EA games and I boycott what they publish. I don’t like their business practice. Such a shame, I was really looking forward to this game.

    I’m passing on this one and on Crysis simply because I will not support EA in any form … and there are enough good games coming that it doesn’t really phase me.

    They really should moderate comments on this websites, Wicker Man’s dumb post is a clear example.

    Downloading pirated PC games does stick it to the publishers, but I think even boycotting a pirated EA game shows how much I dislike them more.

    Of course it does … it says unless you change your BS corporate business practices and release some decent software that performs as it should out the gate I don’t want your garbage in my house under ANY circumstances.

    You know that saying about if you can’t give it away … I wouldn’t waste one iota of my time on anything that has EAs brand stamped anywhere on it.
