Computer manufacturer Asus has unveiled new gaming oriented laptops, presumably to compete with Dell and Alienware. The laptops, named G1 and G2, feature 15,4-inch and 17-inch screens, respectively, with the latest Intel Core 2 Duo CPUs. You can customize both laptops with up to 2 GB RAM, 160 GB SATA drive and dual layer DVD burner. The low end model, G1, features a 512 MB GeForce Go 7700 graphics card, while the G2 model has a 512 MB ATI Radeon X1700 card. Included are the usual USB and card reader posts, and a built-in webcam.
