   I knew some shit like this was gonna happen. Sony what have you done. I have a bad feeling about this and I hate to say it but someone this holiday season is gonna get shot over a PS3. This is just the beginning.

   I knew this would happen … this launch has just been handled horribly … and its not like Sony didn’t just see the 360 go through something similar … yeah it is bad all the way around. People are actually getting robbed at gunpoint … and the gamestop down the street from me was robbed by two armed men who made off with “at least four PS3s”. Between Sony’s mismanagement, the horrible exploitive eBay scalpers, the unruly mobs, and the robbers it is clear to see this Holiday season is a mess … a complete nightmare. Oh well soon all launches will be completed and people will become sane once again.

   Okay, this goes to show you how the media mistrudes the facts to make publicity.
   I was at the Palmdale Supercenter the night this fiasco happened. The alledged riot and ppl storming the store is FALSE.
   Some idiota manager decided to go against the established Corporate Walmart’s procedure for the PS3 launch. I personally think this woman was getting off on the power to be honest.
   She openly lied to the waiting crowd then moved the lay away line 3x’s because she couldn’t decide on how to manipulate everyone standing there. Hmmm, let’s think this through; you donn’t wan’t ppl to form a line till 1 minute before midnight and you only have 10 units to sell. The crowd was roughly 80ppl deep and she doesn’t want any running to layaway. EVERY other retail chain in the area was allowing lines except for the Walmarts. The manager was being rude and very uncooperative to anyone who even tried to ask her a question. A older lady along with her grand daughter informed the manager that she did’nt need to raise her voice and that she should simply lay out a procedure on how this whole thing was going to work.
   When the manager refused and said she is going to do things the way she likes, that’s when ppl started getting anzy. The manager refused to give her name to several parents who had decided to complain to corporate over this fiasco then told everyone that she would call the sherrifs dept and kick everyone out of the store.
   She eventually told us to all wait outside by the frontdoor and thats when the teens and simpletons began RUNNING to the frontdoors in a panic.
   THe sherrifs dept shows up and all seems to be cossiur till the guy at the head of the line asked a friend of his to hold his spot for a few minutes. Thats when the mayhem errupted. The guy like in spot 5 or six said if you get out of line you lose your spot. The lead guy and the loud mouth exhanged some F’words within earshot of the deputy standing by. Well that’s all it took. The Sherrifs Dept disbanded everyone and told them that the store would be closing.
   I had been waiting there ALL day only to have the moment spoiled by POOR planning on Walmarts part, a stubborn power hungry manager and a flock of unbehaved simpleton s surrounding me.
   I came back the next morning at 7am only to find out that Walmart had decided to give out vouchers.
   Oh well, I’ll pass on the mayhem and wait till next year to land my PS3 in a calmly fashion.

   It did sadden me to over hear SOOOO many ebay’rs standing in line just to make a quick buck.

   Don’t believe everything you read in the newspaper, the media hyped this thing up way out of proportion.
   There wasa NO angry rioting mob nor anyone getting punched, trampled or shot.
   80ppl jockeying for 10 spots in a line that has to be formed up in ONE MINUTE.
   I truly wonder what colour the sky was in that manager’s head
