Activision In Trouble With NASDAQ

Due to a late quarterly financial report, game publisher Activision has received a warning from NASDAQ. This warning means that, if nothing is done, Activision could be possibly delisted from the NASDAQ, which would have an enormous negative effect on the company’s stock.
Thankfully, Activision is already in contact with NASDAQ and has scheduled a hearing, greatly nullifying their chances of getting delisted. Activision’s reason for the delay was their review of their stock grant options. The company promises to release full reports after the investigation is complete.
