PS3s Going For $10k On eBay

The large amount of people camping for PS3s with the intent to resell assured that eBay would be full of PS3s after release. However, no one could have predicted the madness that is currently happening on the online auction site. This Ebay Page shows people listing their PS3s for over $10,000. Insane, right? Who knows. As it is now, PS3s seem to be going for about $2,000. In Japan, prices are a bit lower, hovering around $1,000.

Like I said this entire thing is such a fiasco it is astonishing. That parents have to tolerate this crap is unbelieveable … that true gamers can’t buy something they want at a reasonable price is even more insane. I will never forget this launch. It has made me detest console launches … and I thought the 360 launch was bad. It was a cakewalk compared to all this instanity. The greed of man will never cease to amaze me. All those “white” guys and japanese guys who are fracking people over will get theirs … that’s for sure … Karma knows to timeframe … no timelimit … and NO MERCY for those that would knowingly exploit and take advantage of others simply for a petty monetary gain.

Whoa there was one seller that put his up for $45,000…or $500,000 for an offer. Granted he did say he’d give 75% to the Red Cross but…

just saw it…the seller deserves a slap, *whistles* about 20,000 ps3’s are being sold on ebay, assuming 20 on each page and there being 1000. thats almost 10% of all the launch day ps3’s being re-sold, i just can’t get enough of how stupid this is. well back to my pc games.

I have one hope and dream for this xmas….
I hope that no one buys these ebay consoles and they sit and sit until Sony produces more for the normal market
Then once they start rolling out the bids on ebay have to keep coming down till these fools are stuck with the consoles they bought to make money on and end up either seling at a loss or just not selling at all.

I would have LOVED to get a ps3 this xmas but I feel i can ship some of the blame on these fools.
