According to Nintendo, the Wii launched successfully in Canada yesterday. One of Nintendo of Canada’s marketing managers, Farjad Iravani, claims that Canadian retailers are completely sold out of Wii’s. However, a few retailers may have some in stock that aren’t open on Sundays.
“There might be some scattered stores that have a couple of units here and there, but in terms of the national picture, we have sold through the Canadian allocation,”
Nintendo says that new shipments will start this week and will keep continuing, so they can reach the goal of four million consoles sold by the end of the holiday season.

1Maybe because our PS3s are really high in canadien funds and limited stock of PS3s. Us canadiens had nothing to with sonys system athough we helped the japanese with the Wii by the Canadian made ATI graphics card so its 20% canadien made and we take pride.
