Halo 3 Being Played On Xbox Live

Details on the Halo 3 beta for this Monday were recently announced, yet it seems some users have already been playing on Halo 3, or a related Bungie game at least. Among players of the game are some Microsoft employees, who were spotted playing on a map called Pimps at Sea (Alpha). For anyone familiar to Bungie’s sense of humor, this is a name they have used for many projects previously and also the subject of a previous April Fool’s joke.
It can quite safely be assumed that this is the testing of Halo 3’s online multi-player, either that or a way to build up the hype.
