Toys R’ Us Wii Bundle Investigated
As some of you already know, some customers who pre-ordered a Wii at Toys R’ Us for $250 US Dollars were forced to pay $450 when they got into the store in a bundle deal with extra content. Nobody who pre-ordered it was told of this bundle and many were upset. You may have seen our report on similar things happening in Canada and Australia with Toys R’ Us. Now, the Better Business Bureau is investigating the bundle deal and currently has Toys R’ Us at an unsatisfactory rating. Toys R’ Us commented by saying the whole issue is a “simple misunderstanding”.
