Well never know the truth. This is always the case with incedents like this. It gets a quick little media coverage and when they say that the whole incedent is being under investigation, you never hear anything about it again. Can you say Cover-Up.

well since its just m and you now..

2 things about this case led it to this conclusion
1. the local cops were nervous about erupting violence from this location due to the number of complaints and times the police were called to thier location so they sent in the Sheriffs dept (prolly with that warning)
2. Due to the graphic description of the crime it I am sure the sheriffs had that on thier mind too.
now the final piece I picked up
Apparantly he was holding a six axis and the cops may have mistaken that for a gun, also they reported that he did have several unloaded weapons on the premises. But i will look deeper into that on my own.

Yeah but do you kill a guy for that … or do you allow him his right to due process of the law and make certain he is indeed the guilty party? Would you want to be accused of something and then be shot dead before you had your day in court? Sorry but I just had to ask those questions … since no one seems to be willing to let this die and just move on.

Hey does anybody remember that he is suspected of commiting a crime in the first place?
I mean I dont know what happened that led up to his killing but he may not be the innocent victim everyone seems to be treating him like.
The police report says he “may have” pulled the guy who bought the ps3s from his car and beat him, hence the “Assualt with a deadly weapon” charge they got a warrant for.

Why are we judging anything … it happened … it wasn’t any of us (thank God) and we are a gaming site so how about letting it pass and focusing ourselves back on gaming. Just a suggestion since there is NOTHING we can do about that situation.

Was this dude armed or not? No one should live and experience life’s wonderful experiences all to have it taken away by a electronic box. There was a better way to handle the situation. As usually the police took it 2 far. I mean I could see if he shooting at the police but if he’s just running away. There is absolutly no need for him to be killed.

You know Anuban, you can refrence all those people but you must take note, those are still just people with opinions. Just as you have your own. And just because you have more research doesn’t mean what your conclusion is right. IMO everyones outlook is valid as the man next to him. As I previously stated, those people you mentioned, at their time were just expressing their thoughts and were only taken note years after their death. And if you say they are a valid source of info, how can you tell? As far as i’m concerned its just the system that depicts what’s education, truth and outright blasmephy.
