These 3 minimums give a player an edge, as I'm sure other people do their drugs before playing games. Another couple of edges I am given is the ability think 50% louder. Of course if your thought is amplified your instinct is amplified. Come on if drugs can make you better in the physical world like Barry Bonds and Arnold Terminator, of course you will have a mental edge. Thats why were given strange drugs, to make the perfect soldier. Drugs are just to make people calm down, for what?
