1One day I hope to lead a team that has just this type of success and actually there is no need to hope … I will find some good people once I finish my degree at DeVrys and WE WILL create something very special. God I live for this stuff and can’t wait to go far beyond what I did with HaloUT once I get even more experience and get a chance to show how much I have matured (yes even at my age) since leading that mod.
I was a good leader for the most part and my team really liked the way I lead them but I could have been so much better and I can now see where I made mistakes and lost people along the way … my arrogance and my inability to see it at the time was an impediment that no longer exists (I hope) and I know I will be an even more effective leader on my next mod and by the time I get to lead a team of the above caliber mentioned in the article I know I will really be someone people will be very proud to call Project Lead. This is the life my friends … to be alive right now and in this field is just a blessing plain and simple. That’s why I say let’s not get into horrible arguments where name calling becomes the dominant form of communication. Just think how much fun we are all having and let the stupid little disagreements go from now on. You’ll all be better for it.
God I hope I don’t sound too full of it or like I am better than anyone … it’s just that I hate to see us gamers fight … especially considering I almost became a very disliked person at my new home. I’ve enough of that from past places. Time to be good gamers folks and respect eachother enough to walk away from arguments/debates/disagreements before they go too far and become nasty. Peace my fellow Gamers. :0

2Oops …
There that is what I meant … and I’m not trying to sound Pollyanna but really why should we fight with eachother … let’s save all that energy to fight against those that still think gaming is joke or a kiddy thing. And also for the competition we come across online or in our own homes when our gamer pals come over. Just count to 10, calm down and think twice before you click on that Submit Comment button.
Anyone can call people names … any stupid idiot.
But it takes real self-control and real maturity to go in the opposite direction and just let things die when you find yourself going around in circles with someone who has a differing opinion. Just look at how I was at first on the Crysis thread compared to how I handle things now.
