Microsoft Acknowledges Wireless Headset Problems

In a recent post on the Gamerscore blog, Microsoft’s Xbox Accessories team told gamers with wireless headset problems to “contact customer service”. That Microsoft would need to invite gamers to call customer service suggests that the problem may be more widespread than believed.

There is good news though, at least Microsoft acknowledges the problem; and, according to Microsoft, if you contact customer service they will replace or repair the headset.
