Gears Of War Content Due Xmas Eve?

As previously mentioned, Epic announced that Gears of War owners would be getting content soon, for free. What they didn’t mention is that it may come sooner than anyone thought. There has been alleged text messages being sent from a “domsantiago” (A character in Gears of War) which hints to a possible 12-24-06 release date. The text messages, four in all, read as followed:

Beware the locusts. They will come from the ground……stay tuned for alerts!
Today we stand proud amongst the ruins of Sera, beware chosen one for Raam is watching you
The time is almost here. We fight in your domain. 24.12.06. Be prepared
Inhabitants of Sera, we shall complete your annihilation on the above domain. Come and prepare for your final destruction!

Someone smart enough figured out that you can go to where the last text message suggests, that being www.theabovedomain.com. Going there leads you to text saying 12-24-06 with obivious concept art for Gears of War. Further investigation led to discovering that the domain for that site is linked to “JS Mining Corporation” (a fake corporation in the Gears of War game) and the phone number 1.2085220852, which leads to Epic Games old studio in Rockville, Maryland. The domain was also found to be registered in July, meaning if it is indeed true, this has been planned for quite a while, way before Gears of War was even released.

It should be noted that neither Microsoft nor Epic Games has confirmed these stories, so as of now it is just a rumor, even though evidence is pointing towards it being true.
