Steam Servers Knocked Out By Blizzard

It appears that major snow storm in the pacific northwest has knocked out Valve’s Steam servers, rendering gameplay and forum discussion unaccessible. Valve/Steam have yet to make any comment. The blizzard hitting the area is extremely intense, reports say four people have died. Valve is located in the Seattle suburb of Bellevue, one of the regions severely hit by the blizzard.

[Update] Steam is back online, now we can continue fragging for the rest of the weekend.

    Steam is back up and working fine. Actually its been up for the past seven hours at least.

    the title made me think that the game developer Blizzard did it, and wasn’t surprised:P
