Jack Thompson, the controversial conservative Christian attorney, has been interviewed by Nightline, being asked some rather interesting questions. He talks about how video game has been making kids more violent (surprise, surprise), and calls games “murder simulators”. He also refers to Rockstar Games as a bunch of sociopaths that run a crime wave. It’s comedy at its best.

While those of us who play these kind of games don’t trust or believe his words what sort of impact does this have on people who don’t play or even care about video games.
It seems that for all the scoffing we do at this man, is there some way we can actively rebuff his claims which would expose him to the world as dishonest with what he claims.

Who even cares what that idiot has to say … not me.

  3. Quartecks Says:

And God opened up the sky and bellowed “thou shll not permit thy kid to participate in interactive simulations” and dropped Jack Thompson from the heavans to prevent kids from having a good time.

Honestly he should have gone to the Colbert report, Stephen would have eaten him alive…
