Nintendo Facing Class Action Lawsuit
Wii owners who are angry with Nintendo for defenses in the design of their Wiimote wrist straps can now thank law firm Green Welling for moving forward with a nationwide class action lawsuit. The current substandard wrist straps have been the cause of many injuries and headaches, no pun intended, and the only substantial chink in the Wii system’s gameplay fortified armor.
Green Welling would also like to see Nintendo required to provide refunds to those Wii owners who would like one or at the very least replace the defective Wii remote. Last week Nintendo announced that all Wiimote straps can be replaced free of charge, while new controllers will be updated with a thicker, stronger strap.

why pay $600 for an emergency visit to the hospital when you can pay the same amount for a PS3? HELLOOO!

Why pay $600 on a PS3 when you could pay $250 for a console that has games as long as you don’t throw the controller? HELLOOO!

Look. That thing just isn’t safe. If adults are getting injured by this Wiimote, then just try to imagine how unsafe it may be for younger people and kids to play with. This wiimote that you all are so proud of has reportedly been beating people up all over the world!! now you all can take your chances if you want to. but until this ‘Wii’ thing comes bundled with head gear, i’m going with a safer brand.

…. there might have been 200-300 reports at worst, that’s not even a percent of the amount of Wiis out yet. A much, much, more realistic danger is corporal tunnel syndrome, the 360 and Wii are clear for that, but PS3 sure as heck isn’t.
