December 22nd, 2006 by Darren Stevens in Action, MMO, Multiplayer, Online, PC, RPG

Blizzard continues to strike hard against those violating the World of Warcraft Terms of Use, resulting i bans of over 105,000 accounts last month. Furthermore, over 12 million gold were removed from the game as a result of gold farming. Most of the banned accounts were associated with third-party software that allowed cheating, and farming of gold and items. Blizzard urges anyone who experienced farmers and cheaters to report them to the “Hacks Team”.
