UPS Employees Steal $19,000 Worth Of PS3s

December 22nd, 2006 Posted in Business

It seems PS3 thieves have struck once again. Three UPS employees were arrested early this December. Their crime? Stealing $19,000 worth of PS3s by using mailing labels to reroute the packages to a their day job at a sporting goods store.

According to the report, the men worked nights at UPS and rerouted at least 20 PS3 consoles and 24 controllers to their day job at Andrews Sport Company Inc. The men would then sneak the consoles out of the store and back to their houses. Unsurprisingly, they have since lost both their jobs.
