Its now Sept 23rd I bought a xbox 360 Elite from Bestbuy it was made June 28th 2007. I’ve viewed MANY post like this one about the Heatsinks and stuff. Well I’ve used my Flashlite and looked into the side to see if I have that second Heatsink to the left of the old Single one they only had in the past and rest assure I’m one lucky MO FO with 2 heatsinks. Its been running cooler and never has froze Once KNOCK ON WOOD lol but I also still keep fans running on it as I play and I only plan a max of 3 hours at a time if that. Oh and BIOSHOCK is SWEET!! Take care guys and get a Elite made after June 28th 2007 to have the New heat sink. Now I can’t wait for the new 65Nm version. Time to pony up the dough and buy that one to.

Sounds great, to bad it is now well into September and still no chip or heat sink upgrades! Only a 1.5 BILLION dollar bill to fix all the POS boxes out there. I have to say I am very suprised to see a company stand by their mess ups, now if they would only try and fix the problem instead of fixing the symptoms!!! I hope to see the chips soon. As soon as I get a solid answer on the chips I will be on to buy another 360!!

They should make a new, smaller, quieter Xbox 360 console, Like Nintendo did with the DS Lite, and we all know how that went They should put in 60GB harddrive, sell it for $399, and goodbye Sony, once and for all

i’m going to wait for this to come and and get my 360 then, its always better to wait, did it when i got my ps1, gba and ds and the second series is always better in every way.
