Silent Hill Movie Sequel?
December 26th, 2006 by Gibran Nawaz in NewsComingsoon.net is reporting that a Silent Hill movie sequel is in currently in production, it doesn’t come as a huge surprise since the ending of the first movie hinted a sequel. The first movie did great at the box office, and finished third place in 2006 for horror movies, right behind Saw 3 and An American Haunting.
Silent Hill director Christophe Gans is currently working on the Ominusha movie project, so it’s uncertain whether he will be working on Silent Hill 2. He has expressed interest in doing a sequel, saying he plans to correct the mistakes he made in the first move. If he’s directing it, that is.

i tried playing the old silent hill but it was so to old to start playing. But what i noticed in the first 30 mins of the game the movie did.How the she ran in the fences and the angles of the camera like the game was exact to the movie. How the guy guts hanging like jesus style cross style on the fence hanging.I thought so far what i saw he stuck to the game and thats y it had good ratings.

i didn’t like game at all and didn’t think teh film was very scary but i was surprised how well the director kept the film as similar to the game as possible, which made me enjoy it nonetheless. i wouldn’t mind seeing a sequel but i don’t know whether it will be good looking back at other game-movie films.
how the hell did american haunting do so well btw, it was absolute shit, it was one of the least scary films i saw, i laughed more than…jumped. i wish i could get the time i spent watching it back:(

The best Horror movie I saw was FEAST … that movie was brutal … next I would have to say the Decent … I like movies where EVERYONE dies. Then I would have to give the last slot to the Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The beginning/Wolf Creek/Hills Have Eyes all tied for third on my list.

Oops I meant the Descent (for my #2 horror film of the year). It was so brutal and so hopeless … I love those qualities in a horror movie.

yup they’re always good, it works even in other films, like gladiator, i thought it was even greater that he died at the end, same with braveheart.
maybe thats why you like halo, because most of humanity is getting destroyed and you want to see if they survive?

Nah … I love Halo because Master Chief is a badazz that kicks alien butt. Only in horror movies do I want to see everyone die.

I liked SAW, it was fresh and innovative, the sequel was just more of the same. Hostel was pretty decent for a B-horror flick too.
