According to Engadget, Samsung apparently has introduced their new N-Series line of 1.8 inch hard drives today, and there is indication that the 60GB hard drive may end up being used with the PSP in the near future. Details are very scarce at the moment, thanks to machine translation, but this may mean that a new version of the PSP is coming out with support of a 60GB HD. Engadget hopes to see that this will be announced at CES next month, with actual details we can understand.

2Meh, iPods have 80GB so I don’t see why a PSP couldn’t, but then again it would cause a price increase. Depending on how big the increase is it could scare away both target audiences: Gamers becuase they would, in the long run, be paying for a feature that they wouldn’t really use. And… whatever you call people who use PSPs and stuff to listen to music and movies, because now that would be paying about the same, if not more, for something that doesn’t have the same amount of movies, or T.V. shows.
