Recent rumors suggesting that Vivendi is developing a MMO basted on the popular sci-fi series Battlestar Galactica have officially been denied by Vivendi, but certain evidence points in the opposite direction.
The game was recently listed on EB Games but was removed swiftly after request from Vivendi. Vivendi, who mentioned the game themselves in a presentation to investors in 2006, saying the game would be released back in April 2007 as a “short-session” MMO, while games like WoW are referred to as “long-session” MMOs. Expect an official announcement soon.
