Six Midway Classics Coming To PS3

mortalkombat2.jpgSony Online Entertainment officials have announced that Midway will be making six classic arcade titles available over the PlayStation Network. The six titles are Mortal Kombat II, Rampage World Tour, Gauntlet II, Rampart, Championship Sprint, and Joust. The first six PS3 downloadable games will be available in the U.S. “early 2007.” There is no specific release date at the moment, nor has any pricing info been revealed.

    I guess some people are willing to pay for games like that. They’re not even good. For that money, you can get a 2 year old PC game like Far Cry or something else on sale. Why waste it on 20 year old crap?

    Who the hell gives a damn. All those titles are already milked out in the Midway Arcade Treasures. You know I just don’t get these online game downloads. I mean sure some of them are very rare or hard to find but most of them are already available in some collection game for the PS2 or X-box. Ex. Downloading Street Fighter 2 from X-box Live Arcade. Street Fighter Anniversery collection is already out for the X-box with the same features and more.
