Battlefield 2142 Booster Pack Announced
EA has announced the first Battlefield 2142 booster pack, consisting of three maps, two new vehicles, and new weapons and awards. Battlefield 2142: Northern Strike takes place in the middle of Europe, with three new maps, Bridge at Remagen, Port Bavaria, and Liberation of Leipzig, all focusing on infantry-based combat. Two of the three maps support the bugged Titan mode, while all support the usual Conquest. The booster pack is expected to be released this March, probably at the usual $9.99 Battlefield booster pack price.

Using a game engine that belongs in the Smithsonian Institute no less. Plus the absolute worst anti-cheat hog in the world of gaming that requires root level priviledges. It uses to steal other information about you!

I tried to play the game a bit and was utterly disappointed. How can you release a game in that state? You’d think these imbecile people at EA and DICE learned something from BF2, but no no…
I can only say that I feel sorry for the people still playing it. I hope they didn’t waste their money on some spyware infested crap from EA.

I cant wait for the expansion pack, and for all of you haters, you dont play the game because you get OWNED. This game rocks and it puts BF2 to shame on every level. If you dont have a gaming computer I could see where your Celeron might have some issues.. LOL. Bottom line is this, if you dont like this game for technical reasons your not being honest with yourself. If you hate Dice or EA for trying to cut a profit off the game you need to wake up! Money is what drives this industry….LOL. If it wasnt for the money there would be no game, and for me no LOL moments where I PAWN Noob like you.

Sorry buddy, but it’s the same engine as BF1942 (what pre-Unreal-2 era). Punkbuster is worthless and causes more problems than it fixes. And don’t get me started on the Ad-ware and spyware in this game. Plus I bet I run better hardware than you.
If I hadn’t uninstalled this piece of trash already, I would show you what PWNed means. I would also promise not to glitch kill you repeatly and or engage my AimBot either. Funny Punkbuster is supposed protect you from AimBots like me, but it can do nothing about kernel hooked aimbots which is what I run!
But after awhile aimbots are only fun in aimbot wars and since I wrote my own, it’s tuned to the max! I WIN! No fun anymore!

Yep, the only way that you could beat me is an Aimbot. Unfortunatly for Punks like you who cant win without an Aimbot…. I run my own server and we constantly monitor Screenshots to ensure that Cheaters are harshly dealt with on the MBL. So if you ever what to reinstall the game and get Hash banned look me up. I’ll accept your buddy request. First I will pawn you while you run your little Aimbot, then I’ll Bann you from the game. Oh, by the way if you have the program installed on your computer but dont run it on my server Punkbusters can still detect it…Yes even the 187. If you want a pissing contest little kid…then you have come to the right place. Just a warning…I’ve already won. LOL

as long as they do not make you pay like 60 for the booter pack i b happy i’m so over all the map’s and i like to get in to new map p.s bot’s and hacks are for no skilled players and it’s so gay rock on BF2142

Well, my system is well above the minimum requirements to play the game.i don’t care about the spyware,but ea admittedly wasnt prepared for the amount of people that would play.now people are getting disconnects from ea server, cuz ea tried to save a buck or two on the server. so after paying 40 bucks for a game,agreeing to let ea make money off of in game ads, investing time into it, and starting a clan server, i get disconnected whenever alot of people are playing.bravo ea, you are the slumlord of the game dev community.

my system is also well above the requirements but sometimes when i play for awhile objects start getting black and then i get disconnected? whats happening there??

i pride myself on achieving good scores on this game by working my way to the top without the use of aimbots and glitches working as a team and im now a member of the ukm which is currently the top clan in the world people who use cheats should go to servers for cheats and not spoil the games for others you think its sad that they we spend £25 n an ea game well ive done my reaserch and its even sadder to spend $80 plus for an aimbot how can you say your good at a game when you cheat i agree with WOLFPACK 2142 on this sorry but hes right

i have never cheated and think people that do are weak and pathetic excuses. who cant play the game in a fair arena.
i am gutted that punkbuster is a load of crap and wish all the cheating scum should be banned from gaming for life.
be a proper gamer and live with the fact you are not the best.
