This is a taped version of the radio competition “Hold your Wee For A Wii”, where a 28-year old woman died. Just a minute in, a woman calls in and warns the DJs about the seriousness, the DJs, completely ignorant, start making fun of it.
They also talk to the woman who died, Jennifer, where she tells them her “stomach is really, really full, it looks like I’m pregnant again”. Later she mentions having a head ache, and quits the competition. She died later that day.

actually, i didn’t even bother with the player because i just didn’t think footage or audio of the event should have been further publicized. It was a stupid contest and the organizers of that event should have known better. Luckily, only one person died. But all of the participants’ lives at one point were in danger; all because of some assinine contest!

That is really really low. What people do now days for publicity is sickening. I just cant believe they ALL KNEW about water intoxication, they even had someone call in and say “you shouldnt do this they could die” and they responded that they knew you could die, joking how its ok if you die because they signed a waver or something. Personally i hope those guys get sued for all they’re worth. Dumbasses should research this kind of stuff before doing it…

This HAS to be shown on news sites and blogs, the truth has be know by everyone. A lot of people still think that it was her fault and that it was all a joke. I wasn’t, it was stupid and irresposible, and the Radio station needs to be held accountable.

However, this is such non-news. If you really want to report miserable stuff, take an average day in kongo, or liberia or 3rd world countries in which 30% of the population got HIV.
