Holy shit new weapons? You know what, you’re right, any game in which the only positive thing about it is new weapons must be awesome. Resistance is the best game EVER!

That aside, I really don’t doubt Resistance IS a good game, it certainly seems to be getting a lot of online play, though that could be due to it being one of the few games people really want for the PS3 at launch. But really, you can’t call GoW contrived without saying the same of Resistance.

And FYI, in GoW the push of a button gives you the locations of your teammates, and its really not hard to pick them out from the locust.

I really wish people would actually read up on what they try to insult. It’d be like me saying a car handled like shit when I’ve never driven it.

What about the weapons in Resistance? the gameplay in GoW is just shoot these alien looking freaks, while constantely trying to distinguish them from your teamate who you frequelnty have to revive.

that was deliberate, yes. My voice has already broken, pretty swiftely about a year or two ago, though I don’t see what your point is… kids play all sorts of crappy and un original games, i don’t see why you have to point this out about Gears.

Nothing this game has is worth it! This is simply not of Halo calibur. Just a flashy storyless, game playless copy of Killswitch renamed to Pop n Drop! Graphics that’s it!

Now if “God of War” or “God of War II” was coming to PC, that would be something to get excited about! I played the PC port of MGS2 last year which was a very fun and great port. But “God of War II” would top the charts on any platform!

I tried on the 360 and didnt like it, no not saying it was a bad game just i cant play on a gamepad anymore. Unless its nfl”basically sports”, but it was intense and hopefully on the pc it can keep my interest more than the 3rd level. Same with halo 2 coming pc.

This would be great for those who have yet to play the game. I think the exclusive games should only have a time limit and then be released for all formats if there is a demand. It would give new light to many games that are confined to oblivion because their life cycle goes into premature decline. Take for example how Symphony of the Night is coming out on XLA and I bet it sells a huge number of downloads, Im more than willing to pay the $20 for it again. If more games made that kind of transition it would be great for the business model and great for gamers.

I do have to add that I did not think Gears was “all that” as it was way too easy even on hard mode. That is just my opinion, but I would love to see it run on Alienware monsters out there…
