Microsoft owned Rare, creators of Perfect Dark Zero, Kameo, and Viva Pinata, have revealed a bit more information about the upcoming Banjo Kazooie game for the Xbox 360. Concept artist Ryan Stevenson revealed that the new game will be built on new, next-gen technology, while the characters will remain the same.
Banjo Kazooie was originally released on the N64 in 1998, quickly becoming a best-seller. It was followed by Banjo Tooie in 2000, which was a disappointment comapred to the original. There is no official release date for the Xbox 360 game.

1Banjo looks like a wolf. Kazooie looks drunk. If Nintendo can keep improving Mario visually while still having him look like he did in Mario 64 why is it so hard here?

4NOOO! They’re gonna ruin banjo? Why can’t Rare just try and make a new franchise? They still have the weird geometric from the N64, but now in hi-def! Seriously, this can’t possible be considered a true banjo game, can it?

5Hmm.. It was great on N64. Hopefully they don’t ruin it. Especially after the main guys from Rare left..

6what the hell? i hate how its going to be on Xbox 360…. its freakin retarded….. they should just put it on a nintendo platform like the other two…. not many Nintendo fans are going to by an xbox 360 just so they can play a game that should be on nintendo
