Original third party content is what Nintendo has traditionally sorely lacked. Especially considering Nintendo has been the number two console in Japan for quite some time, the Gamecube’s poor lack of RPG titles did nothing to woo the Japanese gamers. While some solid support is coming through Square-Enix, the more the merrier.
The new game from Koei is said to follow the story of Opoona whose parents have been killed and he has been seperated from his brother and sister… in space! The main character traverses the galaxy in seach of his family, and is eventually reconnected with his siblings for some good old RPG party action. Everything is there, down from the starting city and surrounding lands which contain enemies. RPG lovers will certainly want to keep an eye on this title as more develops.
