Mexican Governor Bans GRAW2

March 23rd, 2007 Posted in FPS, PC, Xbox 360

Gov. Jose Reyes Baeza of Chihuahua has sent an order to seize all copies of the first person shooter Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2.

“Violent video games instill values which are upside down, and these actions are despicable because they attempt to divide the good will of the residents of American and Mexican cities.”

The governor of the Mexican state says that the reason for this is because the game depicts a U.S. elite force trying to fight off Mexican rebels.
