An old technical demonstration from 2002 shows us what type of power the Gameboy Advance can really handle.

It’s the developers’ fault that the GBA doesn’t have any good looking 3D game. Yup, it’s all about the developers.
Take one of the newest examples, the Wii, wich Nintendo claims to have graphics close to GameCube’s, and Sonic and the Secret Rings, wich Sega alone made it look like a game we’d see on a 360 or a PS3.
An older example is Resident Evil 0. It’s nothing like any other GC game.
But still, try making a game with those graphics for GBA then stuff the room with items, enemies and the player charcter. It could be way too slow to be playable, it could work just fine. It’s all about developers. Thanks to them we see thesystems being used at the max, thanks to them we don’t ever see a system being used at the max.
