New City Of Heroes/Villains Content
NCSoft and Cryptic Studios have released a City of Heroes and City of Villains content called Issue 9: Breakthrough, where they focus more on player advancement and customization.
The new issue is available for download to subscribers of the MMO, and adds anew feature called “Invention System”. This makes it possible to take receipts and ingredients from dead players, so you can create new items for yourself, among other things.
