A Star Wars game is infact coming to the Wii, but it’s probably not the one you were hoping for. Infact, it’s a compilation title of the Starwars Lego games. Still awesome in their own respects, but certainly not the 1:1 lightsaber motion we know the Wii was simply created for. The news comes from Codename Revolution who say the title will be a one disc compilation of all the Starwars Lego games, and I wouldn’t put it passed them to leave it wholly untouched, so expect some sort of waggle control. The game will require some serious re-working as it simply wasn’t tailored around the Wii if they choose to go that route. But at least if the attempt fails, we can quietly shove it under the carpet and wait for the real Starwars game.
